The "Grandaddy" of Southern BBQ. This package includes a whole hog along with extra pulled pork as well as two more meat choices and three sides. As always cornbread is included. Minimum 60ppl

*All parties include all utensils, plates, napkins, BBQ sauces and condiments and complimentary cornbread, as well as rolls
for pulled pork
*On-Site grill, chef & helper included in the 3 hour party - $350 service fee
* Most parties are 3 hours unless requested otherwise
* Gratuity is not expected but appreciated for the staff
* For parties over 20 miles away, please allot a $50 an hour travel fee
